● My Story

Meet Courtney

I grew up noticing the things other people skipped over, like the small details, the tiny extras, the quiet touches that made something feel a little more special. My mom taught me that excellence lives there. When I was eight, I delivered newspapers before sunrise, placing each one on the porch so I could afford my first pair of shoes. She only allowed it if I paid attention to every detail: getting the news there before the workday started and landing it close to the door. Those small acts shaped how I see the world and taught me that the little things usually matter most.

That instinct still guides everything I do. I bring people together and invite them to stretch ideas further, elevate the work, and pay attention to what actually makes someone feel something. I help teams move toward braver decisions, sharper stories, and the kind of creativity that only happens when someone believes deeply in your potential. I have always been a maximizer at heart, and the people I work with leave seeing their own ideas a little more clearly and feeling a lot more capable of bringing them to life.

BIG FEELINGS. BIGGER HEART. BOLD IDEAS.
